About NuraAI

NuraAI is a productivity app designed to help people plan tasks, organize their day, and improve focus.

These terms apply to the app and related services, including support pages and early access flows.

You may use NuraAI only if you are legally permitted to do so in your country and can form a binding agreement.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Do not interfere with service operation through malware, excessive requests, or similar abuse.
Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

NuraAI may include AI-powered features such as planning suggestions, text-to-task conversion, or question-and-answer flows.

AI features may use external providers including OpenAI and Google.

AI outputs can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming plans, reminders, and decisions before relying on them.

NuraAI may offer optional subscriptions or paid access upgrades. The exact purchase flow depends on where the purchase is made.

In-app purchases may be processed by Apple or Google under their store terms.
Website Early Access Plus purchases use a one-time checkout flow shown before payment.
Prices, availability, and renewal behavior are shown before purchase and may vary by platform or region.
Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription.

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, schedules, and other content you create inside NuraAI.

You grant us the limited rights required to store, sync, display, and process that content so the service works.

Third-party providers such as Apple, Google, OpenAI, and infrastructure services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update, change, or discontinue features to improve the service or meet legal requirements.

We may suspend access if these terms are violated or if needed for security or legal reasons.

The service is provided as available, and NuraAI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law, including intent or gross negligence where applicable.

These terms are governed by German law unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
